Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the yaya9 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing games, or placing any wager on yaya9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. • You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of yaya9 or any of its affiliated entities.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered on yaya9, you are required to create a user account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on yaya9. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice. Your account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

• Notify yaya9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• yaya9 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request.
• You must ensure your account information remains up to date. Outdated information may delay payments or verification.
• yaya9 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity is suspected.

Deposits & Withdrawals

yaya9 supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to ensure fast, seamless transactions. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved channels. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be reviewed for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies. yaya9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• yaya9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership.
• Funds held in your yaya9 account do not accrue interest and are not eligible for government deposit protection schemes.

Bonuses & Promotions

yaya9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

yaya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, chip dumping, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered according to applicable rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• Free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one promotional offer is applicable per household, IP address, device, or shared payment account.

Prohibited Activities

Users of the yaya9 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, fund confiscation, and referral to appropriate authorities.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any such content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yaya9 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized account access caused by your own failure to protect your credentials.

yaya9 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its games. All games are provided on an "as is" basis. Random Number Generators (RNG) are tested for fairness, but no specific outcome is ever guaranteed.
